screen to automatically populate and create the MyDPD despatch record and print labels and manifests therefore saving hours of time each
week keying data into MyDPD. Also has been formatted to ensure the correct documentation is produced by DPD for any European (post BREXIT) and International shipments.
Bespoke Job Management System
Development of a Job Management System tailored for mobility vehicle adaptations. From booking the original vehicle for modification
through to the final and approved handover to the end customer. This included all the required checks and assessments from the necessary Government agencies.

Integration of Warehouse Management System
Integrating an existing 3rd party accounting/stock management system into GSM stock control system passing sales and
purchase order information into GSM and receiving back stock receipt and despatch information.
Visibility of data in real time
Creation of an immediate view system of all current sales activity per agent showing margins, profits and stock in a real time
environment enabling the financial directors to have an overall profitability view as and when required which was not available
previously from their 3rd party system.
Subscriber Despatch System
Allowing over 2000 weekly subscriber orders to be processed to despatch items without requiring a new order being raised weekly in
existing 3rd party system. Fully integrated with DHL/UPS/DPD/Royal Mail for UK, European and International despatch.
Weighbridge Data Recording System
Stand alone bespoke system written to enable the recording of vehicle and driver details and weights when arriving on site on the weighbridge
using both Avery and Libra weighbridge scales. Also incorporating ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) to help create tickets for each vehicle.
Inventory Management System
Giving end users the ability record type and location of item and link item sets together on a bespoke SQL
Server database for a task previously carried out manually on a paper based system.
Purchase Order Management System
Allows the raising of Purchase Orders enabling them to be printed or e-mailed to suppliers. Booking in of stock on receipt and matching of
invoices within the system. History of Purchase Orders and suppliers available within the system to enable easy access for users to raise new purchase orders.
Engineering Job Management System
Bespoke, stand alone job management system for a local heavy engineering company which gives them the ability
to track a customer job through from order to delivery including raising and costing the job, raise a purchase order against the job, create job cards for the
engineering team. System also allows partial shipment with advice notes.

Run and owned by Joey Coley who has always had a love of technology dating almost back to the dawn of personal computing when his Dad bought
him his first computer at 13, a Commodore VIC20.
Joey started studying with The Open University for a BSc in Mathematics & Computing whilst working in an
accounts position and transitioned into working within IT in 1996 during the course of his studies. During this time Joey worked for a variety of organizations
and this has enabled him to develop his understanding of business processes and can manage your project from inception to completion and beyond.
10 years ago Joey took the decision to create a company that is based on integrity, honesty and the desire to build positive working relationships and has gone from
strength to strength.
Based in East Yorkshire, in his home office, with two Frenchies and wife for company Joey continues to live his passion (alongside cake)
